Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
Who we are
TuckedIn (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a bedtime story service for families. The service includes this website and the TuckedIn mobile application. For any questions about these terms, contact support@tuckedinapp.com.
TuckedIn is operated by Barton Ridge Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TuckedIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. TuckedIn is designed for parents and guardians to use with children in their care; children do not create their own accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
TuckedIn offers subscription plans with monthly and annual billing options. The price and billing cycle for your selected plan are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewals are charged to the payment method on file.
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or, if you subscribed through the App Store, through your device’s Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we offer a refund at our discretion. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms; refund requests for those purchases must be submitted to Apple.
Free trial. If we offer a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We’ll show you the trial duration and post-trial price before you start.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or any non-public area of the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the stories, audio, or other content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Content & intellectual property
All stories, audio, illustrations, character names, world details, and other content delivered through TuckedIn are owned by us or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and enjoy the content for non-commercial use within your household for as long as your subscription is active.
If we offer voice features that allow you to record or contribute audio, you retain ownership of your recordings. You grant us a limited license to process those recordings strictly to deliver the feature you requested. We do not use your recordings to train models, share them with third parties for marketing, or use them for any purpose beyond what you’ve asked us to do.
Termination
You can stop using TuckedIn and delete your account at any time. In the mobile app, go to Settings → Delete Account; the deletion is immediate and removes your account, child profile, listening history, and any active subscription. You can also email support@tuckedinapp.com if you prefer. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt to harm the service, or use the service in a way that puts other families at risk. We’ll let you know why if we do, except in cases involving safety, fraud, or legal process.
Apple App Store terms
For app installations from the Apple App Store, you and TuckedIn acknowledge that this agreement is between you and TuckedIn, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not liable for any product liability, third-party claims, or intellectual property claims related to the application. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuckedIn and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Accuracy of materials
Stories and discovery content are produced with care, but they may include occasional typographical or photographic errors. We may correct or update content at any time without notice.
Links to other sites
TuckedIn does not control or endorse third-party websites linked from our service, and we are not responsible for their content. Use of any third-party website is at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL. If a change is material, we’ll let you know in-app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes that aren’t resolvable informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and TuckedIn submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
